Tennis

Tennis is a popular sport along the Cote D’azur, and the climate is perfect for it. The Monaco Masters are played in April, the French Riviera Open in June, the Open 13 in Marseille and the Open Sud in Montpellier in February.

The popularity of the sport, long periods of sunshine and ideal location close to the airport has led to various tennis academies opening up in the region. Some offer coaching from Grand Slam winners, some offer year round education and coaching for the next generation of stars.

At L’Escarène the tennis court looks out over the coast, up at magnificent Baou hills and is surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect for private lessons away from prying eyes, or just to hit a few balls about for fun!
